Next Saturday 22 June brings guest chef Emiliano Amore to the Fitzherbert kitchen for a fundraiser supper club. You will receive a welcome cocktail on arrival with canapes and there’s a pay bar all evening.
There’s a choice of menus:
Omnivore menu:
Canapes:
-Burrata and anchovies sourdough crostini
-Apricot stuffed with ricotta, pancetta, roasted hazelnut and balsamic caramel.
Main:
-Italian-style pulled pork with salsa verde, watercress rocket salad and limoncello gel
Dessert:
-Chocolare soil on milk cream with confit oranges

-Apricot stuffed with ricotta, seitan, roasted hazelnut and balsamic caramel.

-Charred leeks on salsa verde, watercress rocket salad and limoncello gel
Dessert:
-Chocolare soil on milk cream with confit oranges
A vegan option is available on request.
Proceeds from the evening are to provide much-needed funding for The Real Junk Food Project Brighton to subsidise the pay-as-you-feel meals that are avaiable for everyone during the week.
