With a focus on creating strong connections and active participation, Sophie will provide you with the tools to attract new audiences and enroll them in your vibrant vision, growing your community and your business.

What are the key takeaways of this workshop?

Attract, engage, and delight: Discover how to attract new audiences and turn them into loyal advocates.

Strategic communication: Learn how to craft compelling messages that resonate with your audience and grow your community.

Sustainable communities: Explore methods to ensure the longevity of your community through strategic planning and continuous engagement.

Who will deliver this workshop?

This workshop will be led by Sophie Lee.

Sophie is the Founder and CEO of Electric Peach. She is an award-winning NCTJ-qualified journalist and brand strategist. Taking a story-first approach to brand communications, she has grown multi-million pound organisations by keeping them at the front of industry conversations.

Why women only?

This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as being a woman or a non-binary person.

This workshop is hosted by Thrive – an impact-led business on a mission to enable female founders, freelancers and changemakers gain the knowledge, clarity and community they need to grow a resilient, small business.

Clare Griffiths, the Founder of Thrive, wants to address the gender imbalance in the small business world. In the UK, in 2021, only 21% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with no employees were led by women (Business Statistics, House of Commons Library 2021).
