Anchored Decisions

‘How to Make Anchored Decisions’ is a virtual workshop, hosted by Thrive, on Friday, 17 May from 10am until 12pm on Zoom, made possible with support from Enjoolata Foundation.

Despite having to make umpteen decisions every day as a small business owner, creative practitioner or changemaker, it isn’t always easy to do!

Come along to an enlightening, virtual workshop led by Lulu Minns, to discover how to make anchored decisions. Lulu will guide you to understand the three core areas required for anchored decision-making, and where these neural pathways tend to be located within the body and mind.

During this empowering workshop, you will:

  • Learn the process of anchored decision-making;
  • Discover your decision-making default and uncover your strengths;
  • Understand any areas of weaknesses in your decision-making which may require more effort and focus.

Who will deliver this workshop?

Lulu Minns is a Personal Development and Leadership Coach specialising in the empowerment of women for almost 10 years. She hosts retreats and workshops worldwide including working with government teams, the police and female founders.

Most recently, her work has culminated in supporting women to leverage their 7-year personal development cycle and the cyclical nature of personal growth.

Lulu is also the Founder of She Rebel Radio®, the podcast which has been celebrated for ‘counter status quo ideas and a whole dose of feminine perspective’. Her International Women’s Day series has attracted local enterprise sponsorship for 4 years in a row, and has achieved over 20,000 downloads worldwide.

Why women only? Who is hosting this workshop?

This workshop is hosted by Thrive – an impact-led business on a mission to enable female founders, freelancers and changemakers gain the knowledge, clarity and community they need to grow a resilient, small business.

Clare Griffiths, the Founder of Thrive, wants to address the gender imbalance in the small business world. In the UK, in 2021, only 21% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with no employees were led by women (Business Statistics, House of Commons Library 2021).
