In honour of Black History Month, this event is a safe space for sharing, listening, and connecting with fellow individuals who are unapologetically themselves, and learning opportunities for allies, who we welcome with open arms!
Join them for an exclusive interview with Lailah Muscat (BBC’s “I Kissed A Girl”), performances with local poets Mally and MERKI, and a guided meditation with TheTodayGoddess, to raise money for the grassroots organisation QueersForPalestine.
Envelope in an evening dedicated to the courageous stories and vibrant expressions of Black queer individuals, celebrating the boldness of being unapologetically true to oneself. Celebrating the wide-ranging experiences and identities within the Black queer community, focusing on diversity, and inclusion, they aim to create a brave and safe space for overlapping, unique intersections of race, gender, sexuality and its relationship to other social identities.
