Ahimsa Space

The Sanskrit concept of ‘ahimsa’ refers to the absence of violence and injustice. It means acting with kindness and thoughtful consideration of other people, the environment and ourselves. It evokes a sense of responsibility to adopt honest and just attitudes and behaviours in every situation. This is the foundational concept of Ahimsa Space, which aspires to create personal and social space’ – both online and in-person – to foster ‘ahimsa’ through compassion, connection and creativity.
