Every mother needs a treat!

Whether you treat yourself or purchase this as a special gift for your mum, our little slice of heaven is the perfect place for some much-needed T.L.C. Nestled away in our wood-fired sauna and surrounded by nature, We are offering this session as a time to simply rest, giving your body and soul some gentle time to rejuvenate and enjoy a little bit of peace and quiet.

You will be gently guided through some peaceful practices throughout the session. Beginning with a warm welcome meditation, and then ease into gentle breathwork, nature connection moments and guided intentions. Indulge in essential oils, salt scrub and clay mask. Enjoy the sight, sound, heat and pure simplicity of the fire. Your sauna session will be 1.5hrs, with lots of opportunity to cool off outside as you sit with the willows or soak up the South Downs view in the cold plunge!

After sauna-ing and changing we will gather by the outdoor fire for tea and biscuits, and reflect on the peaceful time we have shared together.
