Who are The Sussex Beacon?

Our services are delivered from our centre in Brighton, where we offer therapy rooms, spaces for group work, and a beautifully landscaped garden for everyone to enjoy year-round. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Who do they need?
Team Beacon Water Station Volunteers needed for Brighton Half Marathon 2025
We’re looking for volunteers to help at the Team Beacon Water Station on race day, ensuring that runners stay hydrated and supported along the course.
You don't need any experience to get involved with this event. We will provide briefings for each group. We heavily rely on the kindness and generosity of our volunteers to help us run the event.
If you have any experience in running events or if you are involved in any running/athletics club and have the knowledge and understanding of what is needed and expected for the runners on the course that would be great but not essential.
It’s always a fantastic and rewarding experience, and the Brighton Half Marathon team will provide a full briefing and breakfast for all volunteers.
